Thank you for completing the inquiry form and providing us with preliminary information about your project.  We have determined that your goals fit within our mission at IPG.  In order for us to make a final determination, all projects must complete an application that is reviewed by our board before a decision is made to support your project.  Please complete the below and upon receipt, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
